Important Notice

Microtek will be closed for business from December 12, 2008 at 11 am PST through January 4, 2009 in observance of the upcoming holidays. Microtek will resume normal operating hours on January 5, 2009. Please note that email support will not be available during this period. All e-mail requests received during this period will be answered in the order received, starting January 5, 2009. For immediate help, on-line support is available 24 hours a day by visiting our Knowledgebase at support.microtek.com. There you can get answers to most of your questions.

Shipping your RMA:

**Please note that you must obtain a RMA number prior to sending your defective product back to Microtek for warranty service. Packages received without a RMA number will be refused. **

RMAs will not be received by Microtek’s warehouse during the holiday break. If you have already been issued a RMA, your defective unit must be received no later than Friday, December 5, 2008, in order for the RMA to be processed. All RMAs received between December 6, 2008 and January 4, 2009 will be refused and sent back to the original sender. If you are not able to send your defective unit before the December 5, 2008 deadline, we encourage you to ship your defective unit after January 5, 2009 to avoid duplicate shipping charges.
