Warranty Service: Microtek recommends that all purchasers first email our technical support staff for assistance in resolving most installation or software issues. If Microtek technicians do not resolve the problem via email an RMA number will be issued and all repair or replacement costs will be covered under the Microtek warranty.
Non-Warranty Service:
If your Microtek product is currently out of warranty. Be advised that Microtek does not have repair service facilities in the United States. However, your out of warranty Microtek product MAY qualify for a special promotion sale and or upgrade .
