Third party warranties purchased through a vendor will not cover repairs made by Microtek Lab Inc. If the original manufacturer warranty has lapsed you may be requested to prove warranty with proof of purchase receipt by faxing it to Microtek Lab, Inc ATTN: RMA Department. Warranty Service: Microtek recommends that all purchasers first email our technical support staff for assistance in resolving most installation or software issues. If Microtek technicians do not resolve the problem via email an RMA number will be issued and all repair or replacement costs will be covered under the Microtek warranty.
Non-Warranty Service:
