Using the AER option is simple. Just send a blank email to:

helpdesk@support.microtek.com

The body and subject of your email message do not need content.

The AER will return a list of products for both Macintosh and PC. Simply choose your product from the list to view its support options.

Please do not reply back to the AER, as it will respond with the list of products again.
