If your product needs to be returned to Microtek (warranty or non-warranty), we will need to issue a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number first . You may obtain an RMA number by email. Packages received at Microtek without RMA numbers will be returned to sender.



Warranty and Non-Warranty Information:
Returns that fall within the conditions described in the product warranty card are deemed warranty returns and do not incur charges from Microtek (shipping and handling charges may apply). To view a copy of your warranty card, click here.

Warranty and non-warranty procedures vary by country. To view your warranty and non-warranty procedures, select your location below:

UNITED STATES:
Warranty and non-warranty requests in the US are processed in the Ontario facility located in California (see Facilities below). You may obtain an RMA number by email.

CANADA:
Warranty and non-warranty requests in Canada are processed in our Canada facility (see Facilities below). For warranty requests, you may obtain an RMA number by email. For non-warranty requests, please contact our authorized Canadian facility (see Facilities below)

Duration of Warranty and Non-Warranty requests:
Requests usually take 5 to 10 working days from the time the unit is received.

Packing your scanner:
Use the original box when sending the product to Microtek. If you do not have the original box, pack the product the best way you can or purchase a shipping box for your product from Microtek Customer Service at 310-687-5940 (US and Canada customers)*. If Microtek feels it is safe to return the product to you in the package it was originally shipped, we will do so. However, if we feel that the product is likely to get damaged during return shipment, Microtek will replace the box and packing material for a nominal charge of $10, to be added to your total bill.
